By using this website, you must acknowledge and agree that all of the intellectual property, including but not limited to logos, images and products is owned by us. You must not use our property in any way.
We try and ensure that the images of the products on this website are accurate, BUT there can be slight variations in colour / texture between the image and the product.
Products shown on our website are available while stocks last and can be removed without prior notice.
BUYING FROM ARLINGTON WALLACE
Please refer to our size guides on each item page to ensure that you get the best fit for you. Different garments have a different fit e.g ‘regular fit’ and ‘slim fit’. If you require any further information please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that the size guides are approximate measurements. Sizes may vary slightly due to the nature of the fabric etc.
We use a wide range of fabrics. Please ensure that you use the care and wash instructions precisely.
When you place your order, you can set up an account or you can purchase your goods as a ‘guest’. You will be responsible for keeping your account details confidential and you must agree to accept all responsibility for all activities to take place on your account.
We will accept your order when we confirm it, and you will receive an order number. Then the contract has been formed. You must pay for your order using your credit or debit card account details. You can either pay through your ‘Paypal’ account, or directly using a credit or debit card.
Your order will not be sent until the payment has gone through. When your payment is complete, the contract has been formed.
Your order will be sent out to you within 72hrs of you placing it. Please refer to our ‘delivery and returns’ page for more details.
All delivery dates that we give are only for your guidance. We will not be responsible if your order is delivered late.
If you wish to return a product, you must do so within 14 days of the delivery of your goods. The product must be returned to us in original condition, unworn, with all the tags attached. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.
Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount against the original form of tender, excluding the original delivery charge, unless goods are faulty within 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our returns policy. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.
