International delivery – Please contact arlingtonwallace@outlook.com for despatch for delivery options. Also, please note that local import duty and taxes may apply at the receiving end. These are not included in the price of your order and are your (the customer's) cost and responsibility.

 

Free delivery on UK orders over £150.00 and on International deliveries over £300.00

 

We try our hardest to ship all orders within 2 working days of the order being placed, but sometimes, particularly during a sale/offer, you may have to wait a tiny bit longer for your order.

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM TO ARLINGTON WALLACE, YOU MUST DO SO WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY OF YOUR GOODS.

The product must be returned to us in original condition, unworn, with all the tags attached.

We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.

 

Please email arlingtonwallace@outlook.com and we will send you the instructions on how to return the product.

If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the unwanted item to us and make a new purchase.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our returns policy.
